A COMPREHENSIVE THEORETICAL TREATMENT OF AERODYNAMICS IS PRESENTED ALONG WITH A DESCRIPTION OF WINDTUNNELS, THE AERODYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF WIND ENGINES, TOWERS, AND RELATED EQUIPMENT. METHODS OF ADJUSTMENT OF WIND ENGINES TO THE WIND ARE DESCRIBED ALONG WITH SEVERAL WAYS OF REGULATING THE NUMBER OF REVOLUTIONS AND THE POWER OF WIND ENGINES.
